The hotel's location is excellent, just minutes away from Braehead Shopping Centre and Soar, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options for both kids and adults. The rooms are clean and quiet, although lacking air conditioning, and the staff are polite and professional. However, there were delays in service at the bar, and the dining experience was average.

The hotel offers good-sized, clean rooms; however, there is limited storage for clothes. The service is friendly and approachable, especially from staff members like Hannah, Eidann, and Harriet. The location is convenient, just 3 miles from the airport, and close to Braehead and Glasgow amenities. The dining experience could be improved with better breakfast options.
